What advice to show my home to buyers?
My agent just quoted my house to sell today. I'm very worried about this, I got a lot improvements and put money in my savings in the payment, but I would lose it in the selling prices are down and I will be happy if you cover the balance of my mortgage. Within hours, My agent has already scheduled 2 appointments, when I'm showing the house (I bid a job that I show to potential buyers). I'm in a bad mood about this, things that I have to or should not say or do? It's like I want to sabotage the one hand, but I know I will end up in foreclosure if not sold immediately. Agent is my mom So yes I trust her and she had no one in his pocket. She lives in an hour if I agreed to show it. And yes, it is in a very desirable. I am a person shy and not crazy about having to sell, so I really do not know what to do or say.
My suggestion is welcome potential buyers, and then close. Let them know you will be available to answer questions after passing out. I've never been on a watch whose owner felt compelled to "guide" went well. Generally, buyers do not have no time to see the house is an uncomfortable situation for them to have hidden the owner or float, so they want to as soon possible.
