What you need to have a society in the United States

As the world number one, the center of the economy in the world most people want to do business in America. Bring your business in this country means a boost to your capital and income growth. America can offer many opportunities, especially in the field of business. But recently, the U.S. was in recession and the economy is tough. Many more people are unemployed and sales collapsed. The market has fallen 40% in less than a year, according to the president's office. Millions of homeowners who played by the rules can not meet its payments mortgage and foreclosures as the nominal value of their homes plummeted. But the U.S. economy looks around and give a little.

For there are different ways of doing business in America. The government also offers some programs that might help. IPO (Initial Public Offering) is the best approach. But this process is also the most expensive, more risky and more harmful to the enterprise and may take a year or more to complete.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars, sometimes must be invested in the process without any guarantee that the IPO is successful. The IPO is best for experienced business creation. The main advantage the course is that you raise money again if the process is successful.

The Direct Public Offering "is another method, a sort of smaller version of the IPO, more adapted to many companies that are not too far in their business development as the typical IPO candidate. The cost of a DPO is usually much less than the cost of an IPO, but the process remains high labor intensity for the management of the company.

Another process of making public in the United States is the reverse merger. This refers to a different strategy, whereby a private company seeks and acquires public listing and advertising becomes a stock company. In this process, a private company merges with a public company and continues as the dominant successor entity. The merged company a private company public gets most of its actions. After the merger, the post-merger, the combined entity will change its name to Private Company nomination and election of key officers and directors. The advantages of public trading status include the possibility of increased probability of formation of capital. The IPO, through a reverse merger allows a private company to go public rather relatively quickly, at a significantly lower cost and with less dilution resulting from the traditional initial public offering or direct public investment strategies.

There are advantages to the public welfare. Why private companies are interested in public? These are the reasons: to raise capital quickly and easily to the form of merger to acquire other companies, to gain more media attention, to improve their corporate image, to provide liquidity to its shareholders to facilitate corporate borrowing from banks, provide benefits from stock options and stock compensation and create wealth for founders and original investors.

The founders of private companies who want to take your company public for certain services that are creating an important resource for each other for loans from financial institutions through their actions as collateral to increase the liquidity of the shares they have to gain prestige and respect in their communities, improve access and raise capital from the public, to develop their activities through mergers and acquisitions and reduce the need for venture capital and bank financing.
