Help with California Foreclosures?
I am looking for foreclosed homes in the bay area. Every site that connects you to this information demands that you sign up for a “trial” of their service. I am not a real estate agent and have no need of such a service on a continuous basis, I need to relocate to the bay area for a job. Can any one who already has a service like this help me out with finding a home?
Try to go to banks online that list their reo’s. I am currently in Escrow of a foreclosure we found on countrywide’s reo page. We just went onto countrywides website under purchase and on the left side there is a link to their reo listings. ( Real Estate Owned…Bank Owned.)
