What happens when the tenants of the house will foreclose?

She knew when she signed the lease, and also put one bond. ♦ What happens when the house was auctioned? ♦ What will happen to your deposit? ♦ Is SOL or what are their rights?
Federal law since May 21, 2009, requires that the existing lease be honored for the time remaining on the lease, plus 90 days.
