
Foreclosure, refinancing, and the Settlement?
Our bank asked us to refinance the mortgage, 2 months later we we bought our house. The Committee was asked to take my wife out of the loan to refinance, and we had a quitclaim out of title or deed. Everything is in my name now. What will be affected if we exclude? Nevada.
