Revenue $ 89,000 a month – Amazing story of a couple
It was a good time for most Americans. And Matt and Carrie Singleton are no exception.
They always start their own business — and for three years, were built freezer food distribution centers. They are doing well. Then gas prices rose – and the stock plunged.
This double game stopped Matt and Carrie Topic law firms in early 2008. Suddenly, nobody was building anything. The couple have no other source of income – without perspectives.
Matt responded like any man can with a little money in the bank – who went fishing. But with the decline of savings and the economy of still in shock, the couple knew I had to do something. But in this business climate in the dark – What?
Fortunately, Matt was one days summer to help his friend Scott to fix a leak in the roof. At this point, Matt had no idea that "the preservation of property" was, and less it was still a business. Scott told about the explosion of foreclosures and how companies are desperately in need of help "vacant garbage output REO (Real Estate Owned) homes to prepare for the market.
Matt has started a training program for contractors to be trained conservation professionals in the property. This August, he and his wife decided to move to Las Vegas one of the largest foreclosure markets in Latin yet.
They rolled his mobile home set up 5 Wheeler Vegas trailer park and went to work. I knew no one in Nevada, did not know anyone besides Scott preservation of property and not know anyone in the REO industry. "We had great faith – pray a lot," says Carrie.
They started slowly, but their training by experts paid off. Gradually, they built their new company, New Age Asset Management, a trusted provider of services on Eviction the field. Without even having to open a line of credit or borrow a penny, have further increased to the point where companies now working with ten different – And May, plus they have amazing $ 89,000 per month.
Not the kind of success story we hear a lot these days!
But this sudden burst of revenue has not spoiled the only ones. They are still working out of his trailer in the trailer park in Las Vegas! For now, are too busy to go elsewhere.
