foreclosure process in florida

August 19th, 2007 by admin

We intend to "Walking Away" from our house. What is the process of implementation in the State of Florida?

My wife me and our home here in Tampa, FL. But times are hard. At first, we bought the house 2 years ago and have a fixed rate mortgage of 30 years. The lender, was used at that time knew that we had no real income to pay the mortgage, but accepted anyway. We love our house, but the payment is too expensive for us and other bills piling up. We have heard several friends and family opinions, just say "Walk Away" from his home and let the blockade of the company mortgage in us. Rather, we must pay our credit card debt down and a little extra money each month to worry about paying a huge mortgage payment. What we do? What is the eviction process in Florida? How long can you stay in our home before they were expelled? How the unwillingness of our credit is damaged?

Why not try to sell or a second job, or rent some rooms to increase your income. Walking away today is irresponsible, and part of the problem with our economy. I agree with the other stakeholders – You are responsible for this mess, not the lender. If you knew is that we could not pay the rent, you should buy one could afford. However, if you decide to retire, you should adjust your withholding tax deduction is lost huge fiscal and owes the IRS more.

Experts predict that over the next three years, foreclosure numbers will continue to impact tens of millions of Americans, and that it may take at least a decade for the housing market to recover from these sweeping losses. Yet the real effects of the foreclosure epidemic may be on the minds and bodies of those who are in danger of losing or have already lost their homes. Healing from Foreclosure is a comprehensive guide that reassuringly navigates not merely the practical financial challenges of the process, but also the spiritual, psychological, and physical toll it exacts. In addition to advising homeowners on how to cope with the aftershocks of foreclosure, the author offers detailed support on how to transcend the often debilitating emotions that arise from a foreclosure or short sale, and demonstrates how one can emerge stronger in order to rebuild a new life.
