The Party government appears as plaintiff and defendant?
Illinois Chancery cases. Repair of the plaintiff filed an action mortgage foreclosure, the defendant filed answer and affirmative defense. The applicant requests the substitution of the judge. Nothing happened for six months non – response to response, no hearing dates, no nothing .. six months later, the author made his second appearance as a defendant. what does it mean?
The Mortgage Management has no right to submit the original case. They were just management, not the true owner of the mortgage.
