Does the law of final foreclosure, including credit of $ 7,000 for the purchase of a foreclosed home?
I bought execution a mortgage in June 2008. I know that the Law on Prevention of foreclosure has undergone numerous revisions. Does anyone know if the final version the president signed still must include provision for the tax credit of $ 7,000 for the purchase of owner-occupied houses excluded? I'm not a first time buyer.
I had the same question I also bought a foreclosure this year. I think back to the credit of $ 7.500 for all home buyers (not owner within 3 years). However, it should be returned: Government 15 years, ie $ 500 per year. This is the forum where I got the information. http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showpost.php?p=8836174&postcount=47
