Is it true that you can pay the mortgage, while the partial ur house is for sale to avoid foreclosure?
I someone says I should be able to make partial mortgage payments and send to my mortgage company a "prejudice" letter to prevent exclusion of my house while I have it on the market trying to sell. Does anyone know much about this process? BTW, my mortgage company is horrible EMC Mortgage Co. – not much worse than them.
