
Buying a home before auction?
I live in Orlando, Florida, and the housing market is bad. Foreclosures Auction 3 times per week at home court. I know that buying should already have a certified check from a bank, but if I find that I want to do I need an assessment or for any other need Bank of NY? Some homes sell 50% of the asking price before the sale so that needs have not the right score? What all should I do before buying a house? This is my first home and principal residence
This does not seem to be bought at a sheriff's sale (the court). If your bank is giving you a cashier's check to go on sale, then you can buy at auction, but if not found then something is after the sale, or before the sale in a short sale. The Court building is only for cash buyers regardless of the outcome of bank conditions. Most banks require an evaluation and auction house Court will not wait for it. Reaching agreement in which you can work with your bank and the seller, even if the seller is a bank seized on a property.
