Forcle my bank without telling me my house?
I was in my default payment and Bank of America said they would trying to qualify for a makinghomeaffordable program. I was informed that while they were under consideration for a change loan to stop the eviction process. We have proceeded to enforce the mortgage, and now command a eviction notice. (Texas) that I can do something about this situation?
Sounds like the eviction already occurred. Except that something in writing that says while they do not exclude that the amendment meets the requirements (made mortgage payments on time of each month) that have really no recourse. Texas has no right of redemption, so at this stage, it is necessary to pack up and leave before the date of the notice expulsion.
