I am buying a home on land contract. The owner has gone into foreclosure.?
I am buying my home on land contract. The owner has filed bankruptcy and the home is in foreclosure. What are my options? Can I simply walk away? I am paying the bank instead of him now. If I walk away from the home will there be repurcussions?

Did the bank instruct you to pay them instead of the owner?
