I have two investment properties in AZ … I have perfect credit, but I'm face down on them, and if the red! I'll try a short sale, but if I refused, then I'll have to block them. My question is the willingness of banks to put liens on my primary residence in CA if I exclude? Or should I live with bad credit for 7 years? I collect rent from the two properties, but I'm still in the red!
