Approval of the FHA question?!?
I've been pre-approved for an FHA loan, find a home, is a foreclosure – the bank has accepted the offer. Amcor Bank (my lender) has ordered a 10 Apprasial. They sent packages, e-mail again for the night – that was all Documents on the sea. On April 15. How long is usually the final approval and what are the chances that after all that the bank could deprive us? Any response would be appreciated!
It depends on the signing of the response times. Depending on the time Closing Date where the receiver is, you can not have a very close final approval until that date.
