forclosure in florida.. notification..?
myself and my brother co-own a duplex,, which i am living in.. we have stopped paying the mortgage been about 5 months now.. i have yet to hear anything from the mort. company.. no phone call (they dont have my number) but also no letter.. i think they may be trying to contact my brother and not me.. can i keep checking on my local clerk of court site to be assured when offical foreclosure proceedings are filed.. i want to make sure i have addimitt time to pack and get out and am afraid i am not going to receive a notice..
