I just lost a house to foreclosure. I have a 6 month period of redemption (Michigan) to pay for goods

Counsel applicant's property closed doors and without access to the property during the redemption period. Is this legal? He (the lawyer) did not return my calls or answer my letters. The IRS consider the loss of 25k that as an advantage for you if you pay property taxes. If your credit collection open for any amount of money, another lender will see that and not pay any money to buy another house. You said it sold for 9k less in the sheriff's sale is good. By law, you only need the amount that your home was sold at sheriff's auction. The bank has the right to take your property within 30 days after the sheriff sale. However, you always have the right to sell your home 6 months after the sheriff sale. If after 30 days of sale and sheriff's living in the home can not evict you until 6 months is up.
