foreclosure mistakes
Another Question to :How I write a motion to my foreclosure court case?

In which order I should to write this motion? I would not like to make any mistakes. And my other question is: do I write only the court and the case # or have I also to designate the judge with the address?
Thank you again for all your help.

I suspect it is too late for motions. Call the lawyers handing the foreclosure and find out the status of the auction. It was probably sold on the 8/31/09 date, since any motion would have had to have been filed prior to the auction.

You should have called a Florida lawyer, not tried to get an answer on Yahoo. It is one thing to be too poor to keep up a mortgage. It is quite another to be dumb enough to expect competent legal advice from this forum.

You may be able to save your belongings if you have a friend in Florida who can get them and put them in storage for you. If your property is not worth selling, the mortgage company may just abandon it, and squatters will have your stuff before long, if they don’t have it yet.
