foreclosure mediation florida

August 1st, 2007 by admin

I have already filed for divorce in Florida 5 months ago after moving to Wisconsin and the flight back to the dates of the hearings?

The husband left everything, including our $ 400K house, it is not possible to pay for the foreclosure (which came last month) 8 months. I ask the Divorce was served 5 months ago. He never child support. Court of Justice is very slow and we go to mediation in 6 weeks my husband quite a challenge and is already threatening to delay, whenever possible. No have an attorney and they can hardly afford. He returned to our hometown in Wisconsin. Now I lost my job and I return to my family who also live in Wisconsin. But if I move I have to wait 6 months to resubmit. And this situation is horrible. I have no family support here and my son and I will not have our apartment more luck time and with the economy as it is, jobs are scarce.

My sister has been filed in Florida and moved home to Kansas City. He spent a fortune to a lawyer ($ 23,000, after it was over), and airfares flying backwards, but success. I want to talk with your lawyer before taking any initiative important that you have children together and he could try to use it against you if things are bad in court. Hang in there sweets! Divorce is both emotionally and financially drainage, but keep your eyes on the future of you and your children. Good luck to you!
