I just bought a KB Home on foreclosure, how do I hook up my surround sound built into the house?

I just bought a foreclosure and it has the upgrade of built in surround sound speakers. It’s a KB home, only 2 years old. The owner obviously left no manuals behind. How can I get a manual on how to hook up my surround sound to the jacks in the wall? I contacted KB but not having any luck getting anyone helpful.

KB Home is a home builder and since you have no manuals I would suggest contacting someone in the audio field. Anyone that does home theatres or sells audio visual equip can help.
