How does a property tax levy impact of the credit to a person to act?
My husband had funded or purchased property with its own name. However, he set out in writing. The house is currently in foreclosure preceedings and I fear that if they do not pay tax ownership of the property that I am responsible for taxes and will affect my credit score and income capacity. Moreover, if a property tax privilege is placed in my credit card – how it works. Are they lost for each tax payment?
If the property is closed and I do not see why it should not pay taxes to property. The bank must pay taxes yourself.
