Illinois foreclosure because of BK7?
BK7 owner asked my mother (September 1). I always make 3 months in advance, not not want my mom to get the victim, who lives in the SS and my brother and I shared the rent. the landlord said the house will not be closed for another 7 months. Also, added that this is the minimum time which are provided in accordance with the law in Illinois. Is this true? PS Yes, I'm looking for a new place for my mom. I just want to know if my mother was seven months. Thank you in advance
