foreclosure government assistance

foreclosure government assistance
Is it better for me to buy a foreclosed home be a first time home buyer?

I realize that, as homebuyers First there government programs to help with downpayment assistance, etc. Are these government programs apply those who are excluded, or must I buy a house instead of going through foreclosure to qualify for the government. help??

Some homes, if the houses are excluded from the FHA could provide assistance for the payment. But be careful when you buy a foreclosed home because sometimes it takes hard work to resolve them, as they have been neglected, as many are. Also make sure that this is not a lien on the house that require you to pay to sell house in the future.
