Credit after the issuance of exclusion …?
Long story short, my house was stolen by an agent selling mortgages. This a kind sought by various Gov't agencies and is currently in court with the IDA office. They literally stole my house (and several other people) and my lawyer told me my best option was to stop paying the bank and hope that excludes him. Yes, I am still pursuing legal action for this Situtation. OK, so I stopped paying on the house, and apparently (one year later) just sold in a foreclosure auction. Now I have a foreclosure on my credit report, I know that will be there for 7 years. All my revolving credit cards are paid on time and most often in its entirety. I have money in the bank. So, basically, everything else is intact, but the house *. * Who do I call to repair my credit? The indebtedness of the consolidated companies, the Prosecutor of the bankruptcy (although I am not bankrupt)? It is time that my only option? How do I fix this so that my only debt is the house? Let me know if you know the answer to this question because I'm confused.
Only when we get this deleted from your credit. His story seems very strange. I would consult with another attorney on its first board …
