Eviction for house I am renting was sold at auction?
Ok, so I rent my HOME 09 March. The landlord does not tell me that the house was now running since 08 August. The house was sold at auction May 8, 2009. A real estate agent for the bank contacted me and said, or enter a new lease or sign a fund for keys "of the contract and they did not pay rent on this. Then time passes and the owner began demanding rent. I refused and she filed an eviction against me. I talked to the realtor and everything seems to be open to any agreement with them to currently trying to fight against increased foreclosure.
