In the U.S. mortgages fall into two broad categories: no recourse loans when the lender may sue for lack of money owed after foreclosure, and loans without recourse, when the creditor is allowed to return to take possession of the house. In Europe, most home loans are recourse loans, while the majority of loans in the U.S. are not resource. The default rate of mortgages that are higher than the value of the house (submarine) is significantly lower in Europe. Do you think in the future, States States must do all home loans on the other hand, no doc loans, or loans the annual appeal for more than three times the income of borrowers loans and that not only loans to households for the primary resource for a realistic price range? It would be more equitably the risk between borrowers and lenders. . . without the federal government to issue such loans. What do you think?
The financial control by the govt is very broad and sometimes have to learn to fill gaps in the system as a whole system QuickList are not evidence. Like now, the United States will host the system for residential mortgage loans, that is the best way.
