foreclosure estate investing
Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of investing in U.S. real estate real? The tax concerns?

Seeking to invest in homes Florida's foreclosure but do not want to be trapped in a hell of taxation.

To avoid tax increases to stay away from the coast. I would stick to individual houses rather than condominiums. Try to avoid the "gated communities", as always there is a membership or maintenance fee charged each month. Much will depend on the city neighborhood that examined how taxes will be. It is also based on the appraised value of the house.
