Consequences of foreclosure?

I'm down on my mortgage and I lost my job. Lose money if they rent my unit because my mortgage over the car in front of the nearby villages of costs. I live in Nevada and my whole family is on the east coast. It is very difficult to sell my condo, what consequences might face if you walk away and return to Florida?

The consequences involve the issue of exemption from the house and this is not the end of the world, but often you can get something better. Contact your lender and talk. You may have to move up the chain of command to answer the phone. Describe your situation and hope you have someone empathetic enough to help you. If you can not find a better deal, ask them to "action instead of exclusion." Normally you can do something that does not force the execution process and not as bad an impact on you and your credit in the future.
