Eviction notice eviction?

Realty man came to me today, left a note saying that the house I am renting is being out public, how long I have until im forced to leave? All I need is another 2 and ½ months at home and everything is fine, the eviction notice is just a Century 21 in paper, saying that the house is closed if nothing please help: (
