Apartment to be executed on?

I live in New Hampshire, and the landlord just told me he was leaving the building in foreclosure and May 9th will be the owner. He told me I have 30 days to find an apartment, but have not received a notice to leave the Sheriff yet. And someone told me that know people who have lived in an apartment for rent free because 5mths was eliminated on and not go to auction yet. So I do not know if I can do to save money or time to be auctioned if the new owner does not let me stay or increase the rent. I found a website you can ask questions on seizures and get evicted, but I do not remember her name. Looking for an apartment in the document if I do 30 days for the move, but it is difficult to find one with the animals, I have 3 cats and a dog.
