The 16th Amendment says: "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States and without regard to any census or enumeration. The Supreme Court defines "income tax" as an excise tax "imposed under the action of the company as a business. "With the property tax, gas, communications sales heating, cable, car registrations, inheritance, lottery winnings, profits Capitol, home sales, house purchase, or even exclusion that the Government is fully tax as never before. Question is whether the Federal Reserve is privately owned and anonymous Corperation people why I send my money without accountability on how the tax collected is spent? Is this not taxation without representation?
There have been some cases where it was determined that the IRS can not provide the current law that requires you to pay tax on federal income. Watch the movie Freedom to Fascism (Google Video), if it ruled in favor of the defendant, especially because the IRS has not provided the President Legal. There are also several judgments of the Supreme Court located in the Law Library Cornell with Baring in this scenario. Most Americans do not consider this crisis because of the IRS and the aggressive prosecution policy, but could very well be one of the reasons that have no respect for such. They use the approach of the last stick in the hope of intimidating the public information and compliance. Even the police do not use this tactic of criminals. The FBI feared even the IRS.
