Individual income is personal property (not passive) and the 16th Amendment is abused by the IRS.

The 16th Amendment says: "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States and without regard to any census or enumeration. The Supreme Court defines "income tax" as an excise tax "imposed under the action of the company as a business. Is this not taxation without representation?

There have been some cases where it was determined that the IRS can not provide the current law that requires you to pay tax on federal income.
