Is it a buyers market "in Austin right now?

I'll buy a house and I keep seeing / reading is a buyers market and there are many houses for sale because I have power, but I think this way. Most seizures are beaten and the ugly. If someone has a property in good condition Ready moves they want full retail price for it and are not lengthy negotiations. I have offer on a house, but I plan to support because of problems with the inspection. There seems to be many options that exist in my price range, neighborhood, which move in ready. Should I work with the supply or wait unti I have something "better" is good? I love the house, but if I could find a better deal later?
