foreclosure association fees

foreclosure association fees
I rented condo is in foreclosure …..?

The condo we rented was in foreclosure. The owner did not know I know. The POA has a lien on the unit, because the association fees were not paid. How can I get out of the lease legally without having to pay more money? My contract is in late June said that if I move to the top to pay rent until another tenant is found. I live in Florida. Help!

Your lease remains binding until the foreclosure happens. Do not worry about the expenses of the association shall not be paid unless falling outside of the commons, such as swimming pool, etc. by the owner not to pay contributions. Then, the owner will be one in breachch, but you have to document everything. If the association says it can not use the pool because the owner has not paid then get a statement to that effect. In a civil case you wins. If you lease Brea before foreclosure, then you can always be prosecuted as one can expect that the owner has not updated. Once you have completed the foreclosure be served an official notice from the bank to leave places
