Appaloosa application to participate in demand over Stuyvesant Town (Update2) Feb. 24 (UPI) – Appaloosa Investment LP has asked the judge for permission to join a trial during the foreclosure of Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village apartment, saying it could lose up to $ 200 million if the case.
