foreclosure appeal process

May 25th, 2010 by admin

Why I can not own property, not in New York and do not use anyway? Failure to pay the tenant's rights 10 months.?

I'm still struggling to get your foot in my own property.I really need help here. How long a person in the United States to buy property and pay, but are not allowed to do anything with it or access it anyway? I My rights as a citizen of the United States have been eliminated. Although I am still expected to pay taxes and have a mortgage on propertythat I can not sell, access or control, not what the local court has delayed the process several months by submitting documents incomplete. The tenant has been ejected from the court and the city's Appeal to the county court. My children have slept on the floor of 10 m onth rebound compared with loans money. Personal record sold property. This tenant couple has to do. They communicate with my creditors trying to force the house in foreclosure, I contacted all polticain & State Agency for assistance. Not eligible for public assistance are homeowners and pay $ 2000.00 months MTG. need help, if you please

New York is a liberal state and what you describe is consistent with liberal politics. You as the owner are considered wealthy (hey you have a house with a mortgage of $ 300K, which should be), while the tenant does not own something, they are poor. In liberal states rich = bad landlords, tenants, poor = good. We reap what we sow, I hope the case is lost through the appeal process. I looked at the occupants of a house in Vermont slowly destroyed, once they have discovered that the owner sells it, he left to pay the rent, because they knew that would not be expelled because he had children. Storage tanks started people in the front yard and pull the copper (wiring, pipes) and sell it. My friend who lived across from them, "said she would never rent to anyone with children, therefore, tenants with children have more rights to property owners, particularly in liberal states.

Politics has always been a dirty game. Now justice is, too. In a crowded courtroom in Mississippi, a jury returns a shocking verdict against a chemical company accused of dumping toxic waste into a small town’s water supply, causing the worst "cancer cluster" in history. The company appeals to the Mississippi Supreme Court, whose nine justices will one day either approve the verdict or reverse it. Who are the nine? How will they vote? Can one be replaced before the case is ultimately decided? The chemical company is owned by a Wall Street predator named Carl Trudeau, and Mr. Trudeau is convinced the Court is not friendly enough. With judicial elections looming, he decides to try to purchase himself a seat on the Court. The cost is a few million dollars, a drop in the bucket for a billionaire like Mr. Trudeau. Through an intricate web of conspiracy and deceit, his political operatives recruit a young, unsuspecting candidate. They finance him, manipulate him, market him, and mold him into a potential Supreme Court justice. Their Supreme Court justice. The Appeal is a powerful, timely, and shocking story of political and legal intrigue, a story that will leave readers unable to think about our electoral process or judicial system in quite the same way ever again. From the Hardcover edition.
