What is a blockage in the country and how they effect renters?
My friend lives in a house with 4 apartments in New York years. Rented 2 bedroom apartment so do the other 3 tenants as well. About a month, received an official letter lock kit home. The owner lives in another place and could not get even a question. So what happens now? What To Expect Someone said stop paying the rent does not matter today others said it's better to go elsewhere because one day the staff lock the house and everything that belongs to the inside left is never lost, for theirs is the official. Is it true? They were the tenants! If this is true when this happens? What is supposed to do?
There was a new law which came into force last May, which gave the tenants 90 days to leave the house if you live in went into foreclosure. However, that said, there may be a possibility that there will be little change to purchase any property that you want to just keep tenants there. The only thing that your friend does not do is not pay the rent. If you stop paying rent, not benefit from the law of 90 days.
