Question for a realtor colleagues …?
I have New York license. I have a client who wants to let me sell your home in Florida. I know it's a reference. I've never done one. How does it work? The client signs an agreement with me or with a broker in Florida? If a broker Florida, I can send it to accept the price of reference? Are there any additional documents that require the removal officer?
The agreement is between you and reference the other agent .. We have agreements in question here in our office .. You must have too, or ask your agent .. Then can send information to the buyer's agent .. Do not send information about the buyer before the agent another sign the agreement in question .. For here is typically 25-35% towards the buyer .. So tell your client to expect a call "John Doe" and sit for the share .. I also like to continue with my client and ensure that things go well and get along well and like I mentioned agent ..
