Among these documents, one of the most commonly used form is the act of renunciation. This document is primarily used to transfer ownership to another person as a member of the family.
When an act waiver is executed, all the rights and obligations will be transferred to another person. However, owners should note that the act waiver does not relieve the homeowner of the mortgage.
