florida mortgage fraud arrests

Would Real Estate and Mortgage Fraud employnment do worse?

I just read unbelievable article in a local newspaper in Florida a roundup of dozens of real estate, mortgage, appraisars, accountants, lawyers, etc., in two different cases. And many more such arrests for various businesses and individuals is expected. I wonder, was the market the way it is now, with Wall Street being happily helped by the Government of the United States, because of the mess of real estate, what about the thousands of people losing their jobs when their employers go to jail, or when the trial continues. People tend to think that houses are not sold, which is pretty bad. But there are apparently thousands of people across the country that made these loans illegally to begin with. And now the poor employees of these companies did not work.

Thousands people who are unemployed are not out of jobs due to loan fraud. Criminals do not work due to loan fraud. There are two situations several of which you speak. People who go to prison deserve to be there, and consumers they really must be in a court who pursue it. Job loss is due to stop lenders. It had nothing to do with the violation of the law, he has to do with lending at very high risk, as well as supply and demand. The most loans are sold on the secondary market to investors on Wall Street, etc.. Investors buy more subprime loans, putting companies out of business. These "poor people" knew what was coming, and the chip prepared and already found another job. There are those who will have to find another line of work, and most of these people had nothing to do in the world mortgage financing to begin. But for one who is good for jobs, there are many jobs out there for them. I'm here hiring Charlotte, NC :-) Maybe no one remembers that there was no subprime 20 years ago, and in the late 90's the subprime market is gone all together too. The world is not going to stop because subprime loans are no longer available. This is a hype, it still bounces back.
