housing advice, rent a house before foreclosure?

I need help … We are in Florida and served with the papers before locking tenants John and Jane Doe. Our landlord gave us a song and dance, and he said that we support until the end of our lease, being on July 1 and he believes that "should" be enough time. I have a Jr. High School and I love Me go. What are my rights? We have been displaced because of military movement and really needs to stay in the region. We talked to bank and counsel for the bank and learned that the owner does not respond within twenty days. It was until last month. The bank said they are simply awaiting a hearing date. Honestly, I can not live like that and it is difficult to believe that the owner has the rights of many people. I always paid the rent, I just want out of this situation. I own a house in North Carolina with tenants and can not imagine the put in this situation.

Yes, the owner may request that the original lease, provided he is the owner of the house. I know it's hard, but it should stay as long as you can. Be sure to give adequate notice to the owner will move the first day of the expiry of the lease. Then about two months in advance, start looking for a new location. You should be able to sign an agreement one month before the date of removal, of July 1. So really, you just have to wait until 1 April and start looking and planning his next move. If necessary, try find an apartment in the area so their children can stay in school. Hold on! Banks soon to review all your documents, you should So good.
