Free lease and the owner enters foreclosure. How do I recover my deposit?

My lease left there is a year. After the twelfth month, I continued to pay rent under the direction of the real estate agent who is this with me. As I waited for buy a house in the near future, I would not mind having a month to month agreement, but I'm probably still 9 months. Your deposit is dying, after the move, regardless of that. The owner is not off the hook, nothing has changed. The courts help if not pay, the exclusion does not affect your filing except that you're entitled to everything but the necessary repairs, while the owner of the place.
