Is it true that you can fight against exclusion and not pay the mortgage for some time to save your home?
One of my friends is in the early stages of foreclosure after losing his job four months ago. She just started a new job, but the bank is still in progress with the implementation out mortgages. Someone told me recently that you can fight it because the bank was techincally federal funds for the bank the money is owed. Also note that payments may hold for a year or two to get better financial conditions, and then begin making payments again unless they are able to sell the house. Has anyone heard of this before? This is not my home, a friend of mine who happens through this .. I can rent .. He knew better than to buy a house too .. Dear
There are some gaps in the system and is right in saying that the payments may contain, but there is a procedure that must pass through. Someone I know recently went through this and have not made a mortgage payment to your bank in seven months and were able to keep your home. If I remember correctly they have a few years to go before having to make another adjudication. The only thing is to get the information you probably need to pay anything. I know there is a company that offers a type of conference call for people who have issues before spending money. Even if you attended the session of the conference Online, you can give answers enough to help their friend save his home without having to distribute the money.
