
Asked about possible foreclosures of Fannie Mae?
Hello everyone … I am interested in buying a property leading finananced with CitiMortgage and it was not possible a few days ago. Being transferred to Fannie Mae then put up for sale and relisted. Fannie Mae customer service told me that the process of relisting it may take 30 to 90 days and there is no average can sell earlier than that. Alreade have been approved for a loan, have seen the property and willing to buy "as is" My question is, would I buy this property as soon as possible, is there a way or can accelerate the process and avoid having to wait 30 days? Anyone can perhaps speak a lawyer or something? my agent said there was nothing to do but wait. Any advice is Popular forgot to mention, the former owner who had sold the house to me and I have all contracts signed, it just that my agent has not yet submitted any documents in time for citimorgtage. Im not sure if it can make a difference or not.
Unfortunately, all you can do is wait. There is a property of my local bank that has been public property for a year and a half has not yet been sold. 30 days is better, you can expect much more than that to buy the property.
