Where can I find a mortgage calculator that calculates the total cost of your home based on the monthly payments?
I no problem in finding regular mortgage calculators online where you enter the loan amount, interest rate, etc., and gives an estimate of monthly payment. But I find one that works in reverse. I wish to enter into monthly payments of interest, the number years, etc., and get the total cost of the house (the amount you pay until the end after 30 years). I'm the kind of experience with financial mathematics. I need to use it for a math project, however, so any help would be appreciated.
I think you ask a repayment schedule that should show the total principle and interest over the years. Do a Google search for him.
