Is 5.25% for 30 years an ok mortgage rate?
We applied at the local bank, and were qualified for a conventional loan with 5% down payment, and a interest rate of 5.25% for 30 years. Is this an ok rate?
they said nothing about points, so as far as i know this is w/o buying any points.
That’s a fantastic rate historically speaking. Even for right now, Its very very good. Congratulations!
