Swapping 1031: When is it beneficial?
I recently confronted my apartment FL (I owe $ 213) to exchange w / a condo Myrtle Beach ($ 150). I'm trying to sell or dispose of it to avoid future implementation. I Stand a tenant lined up in South Carolina, while not even rent from the mine at this time in Florida – so I am currently taking a big loss anyway. How does a 1031, especially when I have more? Will I to lose much, if not washed in the change process? I guess I am perplexed as to how the values and amounts due are exchanged. I try to be part of this investment regrettable, without drowning in the current recession? This exchange would be beneficial for me?
You need to find a title company with a Exhange experience in 1031 …. which can be very beneficial – but you have to do everything right or not work. Each exchange is very special and now you can go title all the details and tell you if it works and how it will work. Good luck!
