Commercial real estate question. Can I leave a signed contract as I am having buyer's remorse.?

Property Commercial Maine. My wife and I have signed most but not all documents releated to buy commercial property and sales. Inspection had been completed and I have agreed to correct these problems, however, my wife is out of state has not yet signed this document. We doubt on a large scale and want to delay or withdraw from this Agreement. We would be willing to reimburse buyers for the cost of inspection. Please advise. Thank you

If you mean the contract has not been formally executed, because his wife is obliged to sign (is it), then techically not have a binding legal agreement in place and can be withdrawn at any time you want. But if you understand the documents Closing of transfer of real property, you must first verify your executed contract. There should be "default" provision for the seller and buyer. Obviously, you'd be more interested in the requirements if the default (no sale or do what is required of you as a seller). Then, ask your agent if you have one, or a lawyer on how the contract will affect you.
