How many times has Obama said he does not take money from registered lobbyist?
What is this about…
Lobbyist and people that were responsible for sub-prime mortgage meltdown.
And he said, he was for the people….
These seven Wall Street firms are (in order of money given): Goldman Sachs, UBS AG, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. There is also a large hedge fund, Citadel Investment Group, which is a major source of fee income to Wall Street. There are five large corporate law firms that are also registered lobbyists; and one is a corporate law firm that is no longer a registered lobbyist but does legal work for Wall Street. The cumulative total of these 14 contributors through February 1, 2008, was $2,872,128, and we’re still in the primary season.

And I guess you Democrats do not investigate your candidates very well.
Citizen it would not be a big deal, if he did not state he did not take money from lobbyists over, and over, and over again.
Get real. We are talking about American politics. I hate to dissapoint you but the Virgin Mary is not running this year. All the candidates are sullied in some way or another. (Your cites are Republican blogs which are exteremely suspect to say the least.)
“Lobbyist and people that were responsible for sub-prime mortgage meltdown.” You can’t even write in English. You want to tell people how to vote?
If you want to vote for another receipient of corporate money then do so, but don’t try an pretend that American politics is some sort of nunnery. It’s not. And you must think I’m pretty stupid to take you seriously. I don’t.
Lastly, if you causually follow the figures $2,872,128 is not sh!t. It’s not even a consolation prize. I think it was Mitt Romney who took in 14,000,000 in the first week of the primaries. It might have been more.
You want a honest man for President then raise Jesus from the dead have him run in the Democratic primary and then we’ll talk alternatives. Until then learn English: “does legal work for Wall Street” What the hell does that mean?
If you think any of it is a compelling argument. It is not. Anybody of voting age is a bit old for fairy tails and you don’t get into any position of power without making compromises. It dosn’t happen.
