Which bank and how I approach every opinion, this situation
I'm trying to see if I get a deed in lieu of execution a mortgage approved. Please do not try to change my mind and would not contribute much to this particular topic. My first was 260k mortgage with Wells Fargo and the 2nd is with Chase (150k). How do I approach the two banks and how they see their position in this situation. Any knowledge is appreciated.
If you owe money already in the house, then you can not re-sign, nor the Bank wants her home … Try a short sale.
