I do corporate credit card a little over $ 80,000 (Navy Federal Credit Union $ 40,000, $ 17,000 Capital One, Bank of America $ 9,000 Chase credit card $ 15,000 credit card and Best Buy $ 3000 and some other unsecured debt totaling just over $ 80,000). I make mortgage payments and car payment for a total of $ 2600 per month. I have a family of 5 and I need at least $ 2,100 per month to survive. My net salary is about $ 4600. I am currently paying my credit card yet, but I'm in a situation where that can not afford to make payment to the credit card. So far I have been making payments by credit card on the use of credit cards and more to buy food and other items that need to survive. My credit card was Max and me, the only way to survive is to stop making payments by credit card. What is the best option for me? Chapter 13 repayment plan or debt? Please advise.
